How to get rid of and prevent Acne? Acne Scars?

Yeah.. This is kind of a straight-forward question… >_>

I don’t have it all over my face..
Just a little "Bumps" on my forehead

(I’m trying to make the best of the situation?)

But yeah.. How do I get rid of it? And Keep it away?

And about the scars; I have a few on each side of my nose.. It’s not very noticeable, But I want it gone.

Multiple sources/remedies would be greatly appreciated. [:
