Lose Your Waist Fat and Hip Fat in 8 Weeks

If you want to lose waist fat and remove that hip fat that you have been carrying around, then using the right methods will get you there in the quickest time possible.

The first thing that you need to know is that if you embark on this program, you will not only lose fat from your waist and hips, but you will lose fat from all over your body. You simply cannot just reduce fat from individual parts of the body. Simply because your body is one complete organism and works as one.

Getting rid of the fat from your waist and hips will require a reduction in calories. I can see you at this very moment giving out a big sigh, as this just sounds like a diet. But if you want to succeed, then it is what you will have to do. If you don't want to do this, then thats ok. The results will be far slower.

You will then need to remove around 500 calories a day. Missing meals will not be the answer. You have to do this by cutting back on the size of the portions that you are eating.Doing this on its own will reduce hip fat and waist fat. What you then need to do is to add some exercise, as this will really speed things up (is that another sigh? ). Exercise will reduce the time that it takes to get you where you want to be.

Usually a normal cardio program is followed to reduce fat. Doing cardio for hours on end is not the most productive method to reduce fat. If you begin to use interval training in your workouts, you will lose waist fat and reduce hip fat in a much shorter time period.

The definition of interval training is that you train at a steady pace for 2-4 minutes and then you go as fast as you can from 1-2 minutes. Then you go back to your steady pace to catch your breath. This allows faster fat loss and provides an increased effectiveness in your metabolism. The result is that your metabolism will burn calories even more effectively.

Continue doing this for 2 weeks and then make a further reduction of calories by around 200. Make the time that you speed up in your training even longer. Repeat this again 2 weeks later. However be careful not to go under fifteen hundred calories. Also add some abs routines into your training. Simply because when you have lost your waist fat, and hip fat, you will be able to see some good definition of the stomach area.

What particular cardio training you opt for, will be down to you. Choose something that you think you will enjoy and persevere with. You will need to persevere with this for around 2 months. Do this and it will only be a matter of time when you can say “I used to have waist fat and hip fat, but I lost it”.
